Stop the conveyer belt or carousels of children coming forward, ticked off a list.
Stop calling them over to complete your task!

Let's reconsider how we micro-manage activities and tasks. Who has chosen the outcome and the end result?

If they aren't interested in participating, then please don’t pull them away from their play!
